About this application

Resolve is a portfolio demonstration of a work request management system. Demo records are fictional and use reserved example.com email addresses. Do not enter real personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information into the public demonstration.

Information processed

When you use Resolve, the application may process request form entries, comments, selected fictional user identities, and files you deliberately upload. Demo content is stored in the application database and may be removed when the demonstration data is reset.

Cookies

Essential cookies support security features such as form anti-forgery protection and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are used only after you select “Allow analytics”. You can change that decision at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Analytics

If analytics is configured by the site operator and you consent, anonymised usage information may be sent to Google Analytics to help understand page use and performance. Resolve does not load the analytics script before consent.

Data sharing and retention

Resolve does not sell personal information. Hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical data when required to operate the site. Retention depends on the deployment configuration; demo data may be reset without notice.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics while continuing to use the application. To request information about a deployed instance, contact its operator through the portfolio link provided in the application header.
