Examples: status-new, status-in-progress, status-testing or status-completed.

Closed status

Closed statuses are excluded from open-work totals and overdue calculations.

About statuses

Statuses define the request workflow. Completed and cancelled stages should normally be marked as closed, while stages such as new, in progress and testing remain open.
